Gluten Free Banana Cinnamon Yogurt Pancakes (GF)(VGT)


Turn Siggi's Banana and Cinnamon yogurt (not an ad) into a pancake. Transform the yogurt into a thicker texture by adding gluten-free oats overnight. Then add the remaining ingredients to turn into a stack of pancakes.

Enjoy your banana cinnamon yogurt pancake with honey, maple syrup, or sliced fruit.

Banana Cinnamon Yogurt Pancake

Ingredients
 1 Siggi’s banana & cinnamon, no added sugar yogurt [not an ad]
 3 tbsp GF Rolled Oats
 2 Eggs, large
 ¾ cup Banana, mashed
 1 tsp Cinnamon
 Non-Stick Cooking Spray

Directions

Mix Siggi’s yogurt and rolled oats in a small-sized bowl. Refrigerate overnight.

Heat a medium-sized non-stick pan or skillet over medium heat.

Whisk eggs in a medium-sized bowl.

Mix Siggi’s yogurt and rolled oats, banana, and cinnamon into the eggs until smooth.

Spray the heated pan or skillet with non-stick cooking spray.

Pour ¼ cup of the pancake batter onto the pan or skillet.

Flip pancake after small bubbles rises to the surface, approximately 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Repeat steps 6-7 with the remaining batter.
