Ingredients
 2 cups Carrots, grated
 1 cup Greek Whole Milk Yogurt
 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 1 clove Garlic, minced
 1 tsp Dill Weed, dried
 ½ tsp Salt
Optional
 1 tbsp Basil, fresh, minced

Directions

Mix carrots, yogurt, and olive oil in a small-sized bowl until smooth for approximately 1 minute.

Add garlic, dill, and salt.

Top with basil.
