Cucumber Yogurt Dip is known as Tzatziki sauce in Greek or Cacik in Turkish. Traditionally in Turkey, it has been served as a savory side dish to meals. Enjoy this as an appetizer with your favorite pairing of vegetables and/or GF chips or as a spread to your sandwiches, burgers, or wraps.

 1 cup Cucumbers, peeled and diced
 1 cup Greek Whole Milk Yogurt
 1 tbsp Dill Weed, fresh and minced
 ½ tsp Garlic, minced
 ½ tsp Salt

Mix cucumbers and yogurt in a small-sized bowl until smooth approximately 1 minute.
