Gluten Free Red Cabbage Yogurt Dip (GF)(VGT)

This savory dip can be served with fresh vegetables and GF chips. But don't let the name Red Cabbage Yogurt Dip (VGT) fool you! This makes a great topping for sandwiches and burgers. Mix yogurt, yellow mustard, GF soy sauce, roasted sesame oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and black pepper in a small-sized bowl until smooth for approximately 1 minute. Mix in red cabbage until evenly blended for approximately 30 seconds. Top with chives.
