This savory dip can be served with fresh vegetables and GF chips. But don't let the name Red Cabbage Yogurt Dip (VGT) fool you! This makes a great topping for sandwiches and burgers. Your imagination on how to serve this recipe is the limit.

Red Cabbage Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
 2 cups Red Cabbage, finely shredded
 ¾ cup Greek Whole Milk Yogurt
 2 tbsp Yellow Mustard
 2 tbsp GF Soy Sauce
 1 tbsp Roasted Sesame Oil
 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
 1 clove Garlic, minced
 ¼ tsp Salt
 1 pinch Black Pepper
 2 tbsp Chives, chopped

Serving Suggestions:

  • Dip with fresh vegetables and/or GF chips
  • Spread on sandwiches, wraps, and/or burgers

How can you modify this recipe?

  • Add a pinch of cayenne pepper for extra spicy flavor
  • Add 1/2 tsp of sriracha sauce for extra spicy flavor

Mix yogurt, yellow mustard, GF soy sauce, roasted sesame oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and black pepper in a small-sized bowl until smooth for approximately 1 minute.

Mix in red cabbage until evenly blended for approximately 30 seconds.
