Mix yogurt, yellow mustard, GF soy sauce, roasted sesame oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and black pepper in a small-sized bowl until smooth for approximately 1 minute.
Mix in red cabbage until evenly blended for approximately 30 seconds.
Top with chives.
