I’m so thankful for the increased availability of gluten-free products. There’s often a misconception that being gluten-free means you have to give up bread, pasta, cake, and cookies. And let’s be real—no one wants to do that because food is an integral part of who we are as individuals. We pass down recipes across generations and celebrate all of life’s occasions over a meal shared with family, friends, neighbors, and colleagues.
⁣
Food plays a major role in our day to day life. And that’s why being diagnosed with Celiac Disease is quiet difficult as it impacts our social lives. Yet, leading a gluten-free lifestyle is becoming a lot easier with increased availability of gluten-free products. 🙌
⁣
And that’s why I’ve teamed up with @charliestableglutenfree because we share the same philosophy when it comes to food. They’ve done a fantastic job in creating fresh artisanal certified gluten-free & kosher (parave) pasta. 🍝🙌 It’s quiet difficult to find fresh artisanal GF pasta that tastes delicious. And it’s impossible to find in all pasta varieties. @charliestableglutenfree sells bucatini, garganelli, gemelli, rigatoni, and tagliatelle pasta that are ready to be shipped in the US.
