What to expect on a Celiac Simplified Program?
Individualized nutrition assessment of your chief concern by dividing deep into your medical history, family history, social history, anthropometrics, biochemical data, procedures, food and nutrition history, medication/supplements, sleeping pattern, physical activity, stress levels, and smoking/alcohol history to develop an individualized nutrition plan of care.
You’ll be provided with individualized on-going accountability, coaching, and support to reach your individualized nutrition plan of care.
You’ll receive a summary of each nutrition coaching session, individualized handouts, coupons, and product recommendations to reach your nutrition goals.
You’ll check in weekly with a Registered Dietitian to evaluate your progress on your goals (based on our last nutrition coaching session) and assess any questions or concerns.
You’ll have access to a Registered Dietitian (RD) between sessions for questions, comments, or concerns.
